lay among the dark

I walk among the dark and lay among the forgotten

I've lived a life of sorrow

held to many hearts in my hand to count

I've forgotten way I still love when everyone is gone

Is It because the darkness forgot to cover my heart

maybe it just that I can't forget to love even if I wanted to.
