Daydream

I see a world
filled with love not hate
People helping each other
without debate

people stroll about
happy and free
for there are no worries
in the place I see

No violence occurs
no wrong is done
this is a place I see
filled with fun

no one is backstabbed
no one is left behind
the people i see
are gentle and kind

Love is everlasting
like in a fairytale
every princess has her prince
the noble will not fail


the mood is light
the feeling is calm
imagine this
children even listen to their mom

I see myself
living joyously here
not for a little while
but year after year

I see it all
so very clear
until i open my eyes
and realize my fear
