Time

4 years 6 months and 3 days left

How can I adjust the moment into what I feel good about?
I simply can’t do it, we just can’t move time
for it’s hard to adjust between night and daylight
filling up the dark skies with stars as it vastly fades in lilac dawn
and with all these paradox ideas that as I sat, with my pen and paper
I, myself urge to stare at your physical image
that eventually drowns me into a lake of lifeless delusions.

I suddenly realize that  I miss you.

Asking…

When will I see your face?
Would I have a chance to look at that beauty of yours in a daily basis?
Will I be with you, as your porcelain skin gets crinkled?
As your hair turns into gray as Gandalf's?

I miss you with thousands of reasons why
and if destiny seeks time for us to wait
then I shall halt myself from seeking
and let time tell me my options.

for if patience is truly time
then time becomes my friend.
