Before you bet ALL IN

Before you bet ALL IN

A Poem by MoonShine

It took seconds to win a smile,
It took years to fix a frown.
We win we rise,
Only to lose and fall down.

It took a second to chop down a tree
And it will take years for a recovery
Why gamble your happiness
Only to replace it with sadness
Do not gamble a smile,
Only to frown for a million miles.
Think about the consequences, just for awhile.
