When I look into your eyes

 I see how beautiful

You really are

Your eyes shine like sapphires

 

Your tears roll down your face

But I say

I'll make your tears go away

Because the way that I care about you

Is from your sapphire eyes

 

Seeing your eyes everyday

Every night

In my dreams I see your eyes

Shine like the sapphires in the deep underground cave

 

You mean the world to me

And seeing you everyday

.....Well that just makes my day

More and more special

I disagree with the comment of going into more detail in regards to the sapphire eyes. So many women will have eyes that fall into the range of being called sapphire. By not focusing on the description of the sapphire, you give all of those women the opportunity to imagine that you are talking about their eyes. Well crafted in that sense, definitely well crafted.

I know exactly how you feel. Yeah i know im a girl and all, but i dated this guy that had those perfect blue eyes and everytime i looked in to them i wanted to melt. It also just so happens to be that i have probably the deepest blues eyes that you willl ever see.
Anyway.............. dont let those eyes of hers fool you.

I think more play on the image of an actual sapphire. Maybe look up some information on it and put a twist to it?
