The Dim Witted ApostleA Poem by sherwinAgain, I like to set the bar high for myself and my writing and Im not sure if I reached that point with this one.The apostle, arrives
new born,
diagnosed dim witted.
Bright eye filters
absorbs the information,
delayed. Like a schism
between the
warm glowing touch.
My fear of violence
leaves me shaking
but I vibrate a hum,
and let the rainbow hold the tone.
In this world, I am afraid.
Fear of living.
Fear of dreaming. In hindsight I still don't know which is better to live with. © 2011 sherwinReviews
