Never Enough

I just sat down and wrote this...ha

Love is never enough,

The world corrupts the meaning.

Stretches the truth until it's

Nothing but lies and loss of integrity.

Love is more than physical,

Become emotionally intertwined.

And you will reach it.

Reach truth, happiness, joy, hope.

That is love, real love.

it's not cynical, I just hate that people use the word loosely to each other.

I feel the optimism and fresh emotions in this easy to read piece. Alas, if only true love was as easy to obtain as it was in reading this very cool poem. I did not get any cynical vibes from this poem at all. It is a positive and promising piece.
