Save Me

it's how i've been feeling lately

To dissuade my feelings,

Shouts, lies, half- truths,

Sinking down, down, down

I'm drowning

Calling out for help.

Flailing my arms,

Getting  sucked down,

Until there's nothing but despair

And shock.

Never enough, too much to do,

Just breathe and relax I tell myself

But it doesn't listen.

I'm calling out to you,

Stumbling, praying that you'll be the one to catch me,

To save me.

We all have feelings sometimes where we would like to be rescued... sometimes we hope it is someone close that we care about.. sadly most of the time that call is unanswered unless you reach out in real life for a hand.. great emotions are felt in this writing.. I can feel it!!!
