emotions

pain is just another emotion

emotions destroy

but I can not run from them

I can not hide from them

I must face them

though I know I cant beat them

I must feel them

I have been told that they are important 

that I must except them

but it is hard to

it is hard to be weak

it is hard to admit defeat
