It all happened so quickly, like a blink of an eye. I found my one true love, the only person I wanna spend my life with, grow old with. I found my soulmate and I will fight with every last breath to keep you. Your smile, your laugh, your smell, your touch, and your voice just make me fall madly in love daily. I then started to fail in everyone's eyes. I was slowly losing you, until one day, I lost you. While you are gone, my plan is to make you fall harder for me and show you I'm sorry. You have my heart and I don't ever want it back. I want you and this forever. You are my only soulmate.

This reminds me of my first relationship, which I fought for months after.
Eventually I accepted what happened and learned to make peace with it.

The speaker however, seems to not have given up yet, but I don't know how long he has been trying for.
