Word, this is quite a lovely piece. Have you considered repeating the first stanza at the end? I think it would reinforce the thought of the tangible dreams being fleeting.
Also reminisce instead of reminisces.
I always enjoy when a writer writes tributes for other members and friends. It gives me a nice, warm, fuzzy feeling, like being wrapped in a favorite blanket on a cool night. It reinforces that we truly are a community.
