Lack of Time

It’s between my eyes and mind,

This little piece of love I hide.

And in between my chest and spine,

There’s a heart bursting with lack of time.

 

Resuscitate my aching mind,

My poor heart, and love of life.

 

Here lies a piece of wisdom

I never knew you gave.

I will not be crawling to the grave.

I am here to run, feel free, and be brave.
