I could tell from some comments that this is not standard for others. I find if I am lightly running my hand over an arm, leg, head or neck; it has a hypnotic effect and I am suddenly out for the night. I have felt guilty when I have said I'll rub your lower back since you said it hurt. And sometimes I do very little and I am asleep, benefiting more than her.LOL

Well Raj I guess that's up to you. I have found if I am touching lightly, I often fall asleep and she drifts off to as the touch is soothing and relaxing. Thanks for reading and commenting
