meeting for dinner

discussing our lives each one

finding common ground

coming together

making a home and a life

Great concept, although I agree with some of the other reviewers that it would work just as well in a more traditional format as it doesn't fit the criteria for either a senryu or a haiku. Good job!

You never know when love will start, our where you will find it. Nice senryu although I think there is another name when you start putting the together.

I have heard it called many things, but some of my reading on Senryu indicated a series with each stanza written by someone else. Seems to be a moving target.

Choka in the Japanese tradition is added to by others, but I think this qualifies in the western tradition which is less rigid in requirements. But really in the end, it doesn't matter what you call it.
