Losing the Grasp

We are losing the grasp of reality: love.

Welcome to our battle pit,
Did you already lose hope
Of searching for even the dimmest light,
In a world as dark as night?
Night itself.

We’ve ran to the horizon,
Trying Hard,
Searching Far,
For a spark.

But you cannot light ice,
It will only escape,
From the grasp.

They’ve lost the grasp…

…Of Reality: Love.

...Only hatred sails through their veins.

They’re losing the grasp.
Bring them back, show them the way.

No!

You cannot teach a deaf to
Listen.

I liked this ^^ It flowed rather well... There's only one teeny tiny mistake where you put "lost" instead of "lose" at least, I presume it was a mistake. You may have meant to put lost, however, it doesn't seem to make sense...
Other than that though, a fantastically well written poem ^^ And welcome to writers cafe!
