Forgotten World

 

Does the thought of not knowing scare you,

Or do you bask in every minute of it?

Does the thought of a person living or dying tomorrow cross your mind?

Or does the thought of it never get any attention?

The world is a scary place, with many obstacles to go through,

Will you succeed or fail? There are so many things to think

About in this place we call earth, the only question is, Do you think

about them, or is your mind set free of everything?

Oooh. This was very simple, and honestly nothing to spectacular in the poetry snob sense....but that being said I absolutely loved it. It was amazing...and poetry snobs are overrated jerks...don't know why i brought them into this. Anyway, good job, this was lovely.

One quick comment though, the line break for " alive today and possibly dying/Tomorrow cross your mind" is slightly awkward. With all your other lines the reader pauses at the end of the line and suddenly they shouldn't or else they loose the thought, so it interrupts the flow of the poem.
