Creatures

I wrote this a while ago

Creatures, Creatures,
Come out to play.
Darkness is filling the air,
And we’ve come to stay.

Creatures, Creatures,
Blood splatter and Tears.
Vengeance is coming
Such a bloody, bloody Stare.

I meet you
In the alley,
Behind the old building,
Loving the feeling of
Darkness.
It's so
Overwhelming.

I hear a blood curdling
Scream,
Behind me, it seems,
And I know they have found us,
We must flee from the scene

Creatures, Creatures
Come out to play,
Will we ever see,
The light of day?

I liked this a lot, its a very creatively cute, almost innocent take on something very putrid, ghastly and the suspense is almost horrifying. It's like one of those songs you hear in horror movies right before the scene is revealed. It was creative and well written.
