Hurricanes

About hurricane Katrina

Hurricanes spiral out of control
Destorying everything; leaving nothing
Deadly despair hangs, in the air
Warm water mist. Sprays everything
Tunnel of windy water; blankness
Evaperated water. Heat energy,
Controlling it.
But what control is there?
Blackness, of the thought.
STOP.

Change wind direction.
Atlantic, east pacific section.
Shearness; of the wind
Cold water; starts to spin.
Slowing down.
No air; can't breathe.
Intensity; bothering its power
It dies; along with,
EVERYTHING else.

I think you summed it up really well. Flowing emotion with practicle sensation to make a wonderful piece. Anyone who was paying attention to the media at the time that Katrina made land fall, should be able to see the refences and how it all corresponds.
