Life and Love

Some sum life up to years,
Some sum it up to achievements,
I sum it up to those you loved,
And those who loved you back,
Because without love,
What truly is life,
A meaningless night sky with no shining stars,
A peaceful forest with no sound, no scurrying creatures,
A thunderstorm with out the bright lighting that lights up the sky,
So before you judge a person on how long they lived,
Or how much the accomplished,
Think about the people in tears when they pass on,
Think about the ones who they loved with no regrets,
And those who mourn the lose of the one they loved,
Because life is short lived and love makes it all worth while,
And if you haven’t found love in someone,
You haven’t found a life truly lived to the fullest.
