A Letter To A Friend

This is a poem I wrote to a dear friend when her bf broke up with her, and she wanted to die. Hope you enjoy. Each of my stories/poems have a story behind them. As does this one.

FOR BETTER AND FOR WORSE,
YOU'VE ALWAYS BEEN THERE

LIKE A MOTHER FOR HER CHILDREN,
AFTER A BAD DREAM.

NOW SOMEONE DEAR TO YOU HAS LEFT
AND YOU FEEL ALONE,

BUT.

YOU ARE NEVER ALONE,
FOR YOU HAVE ME.

I WILL BE THERE TILL THE VERY END,
FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE

I WILL BE THERE FOR YOU,
ANY MINUTE OF ANY DAY.

'TILL THE SUNSETS TO WHEN IT RISES,
I'LL BE THERE.

YOU HAVE HELPED ME SO MUCH,
NOW I FEEL AS THOUGH IT'S MY TURN

TO HELP, TO LISTEN, TO CARE.

FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE,

I'LL BE THERE.

Aww! Thanks Rachel! and ya, I wrote this right after to try and cheer her up. she loved it, and thankfully didn't "do" anything. this really helped her and made her smile, even after everything that happened. :)
