le Néant ...

le Néant ...

A Poem by Roy
"

This is as true as it can get .. I have been struggling for months in succeeding in writing something .. Why something? The word should, in fact, be 'anything' ... And I don't feel particularly better after writing this one ..

"

Another hour's past.
I stare at my writing pad.
She's still a virgin ...

I don't know the meaning of the title you put in, Roy, but this is such an interesting Haiku you have up here: it's intense and the image in the last line smartly conveys what's already at hand. I've always admired your work for the pristine deftness you tend to apply, and this poem is not exception.
