Why is everyone doin everythin just to be cool?
Why is everyone doin what they see on TV?
Why is everyone starin they must not relize that I'm carin?
Why is everyone there when I'm here?
Why is everyone afraid when I'm not?
Why does everyone look down on us kids and think we're all the same?
Why is everyone actin like everyone else?
Why is everyone posin when I'm sitin her composin?
Why is everyone actin like they care when I know they really don't give a damn?
Why is everyone following when I'm the only one leading?
Why does everyone's life seem so good when mine seems like hell?
Why is everyone together when I'm sittin here all alone?
Why is everyone in a hurry to grow up when I just wanna be young?
Why is everyone watchin TV when I'm lyin here readin?
Why is everyone watchin horror movies when I've learned all I have to do is sit here and watch the horror of life?
I dunno should I look away and be like the rest, or will I be my self, my own individual?

wow i can totally relate i love the fact ur trying to be a child keep ur innocence like holden caulfied said i know u hate me following others like holden but its kinda true.. if you don't know what im reffering to you should read Catcher in The Rye its so amazing i bet u can relate to it.........oh your writting was awesome =)
