As each hour drags on it seems more and more improbable
I try not to get my hopes up because I know I'll probably be let down

Thoughts racing as memories glide by
I blocked you out from my thoughts
because it hurt too much to remember how happy I was
And how much I miss you

I know I probably sound like some lovesick loser, but your really important to me and I dunno if I could watch a second chance slip right through my fingers.
