Yes, I need

I need to be kept

from the endless

loneliness when it´s here

from too desparing fear

I need a presence

no matter how

small, big or with a tear

I need to be kept

from the too much

from the waves too big

when they touch

from a plate too full

that life sticks to my mouth

I need to be kept

from a sabotage

in my growth

my joys, my love

I need to be empowered

with what I get

with what I have

yes, I need all that

it is my right

I´m telling you

but first me too.
