Forever

Looking down,

at the shards,

that fell,

from the,

mirror.

Looking back,

at the life,

soon  to be,

left behind.

Looking up,

praying for,

the forgiveness,

you so desperately,

desire.

Looking down,

at the hand,

that holds,

the shard,

to your,

wrist.

looking down,

at the blood,

that trickles,

down to,

your fingertips.

Looking back,

at what,

could have been,

happiness.

Looking back,

searching,

for some trace,

of real,

love.

Looking up,

at the great,

blue sky,

in hope of,

a better,

forever.
