Accidental suicide

Accidental suicide

A Poem by potato

She hit

Her head

And

Drowned.

It’s what

The cops said,

When

They found

My body,

Down

By the

Lake.

It is what

It appears,

Is it not?

A girl,

Always,

So happy,

And never down,

Found,

With water,

In her,

Lungs.

She never cried,

Never even frowned,

Not when,

Anybody,

Was around,

So,

It must have,

Been a,

Terrible accident,

But no,

They did not,

Know,

What went on,

Behind,

Closed doors.

She may,

Have seemed,

So strong,

Ready to make,

You smile,

When you're down.

But she lived,

In a place,

A place,

Called Hell.

It was,

An accident,

They were,

So sure,

But,

I guess,

You could,

Call it,

An accidental,

Suicide.

Thanks very much
Nicely written. I liked the way you have with so much ease and flow narrated a story in this poetry that speaks volumes even with a few words! Great job!

I really enjoy this poem and the fact that it gave a type of suspense after each line because of how brief the lines were.:)
