Love once longed for

Broken hearted and alone, 

no bright horizons

for you shown.

From dawn to dusk each day had yearned,

a lonely heart

to be confirmed.

Seeking love in all night bars,

brought greater depth

to all those scars.

Looking to those lands out yonder,

those thoughts of love

way out there wandered.

With joy your heart went out there racing,

as love you’d found

yourself now facing.

Hearts are found  together dancing,

on golden beaches

are romancing.

With hearts held close to feel each beat,

and love once longed for

made complete.

You are 17, no? Have you read any of my work? I began writing not long ago; you are quite talented. The reason I say that is, I receive many friend requests; and I do learn from their writing, be kind read mine. You are the first person I have said that too, but with so many requests, and it sometimes seems the younger kids wish to be reviewed but never reciprocate. Do you understand? I would like your opinion. You are a better writer than I will ever become especially with the clique love poem, but you may read something of mine, that will surprise you and you will learn; like I did with yours.
