I am strong, beautiful, intelligent and capable.

I trust myself. I listen to my own wisdom.

I surround myself with people who encourage me in the intentions I set for myself.

I accomplish what I put my mind to because I believe in my own abilities.

I am worthy.

I respect myself.

I allow myself to take on only what I can handle at any given time.

I give myself permission to be happy.
