Early Morning Workers in The Urban Evironment

Urban environment is characterized by higher population density,homes,shops,marketing areas,offices,and many facilities.The day of an urban environment is full of activities.It remains busy with roles different categories of workers.No worker can be neglected.Every one is indispensable
for the proper running and beauty of an urban environment.Early morning workers play vital roles in trimming up the urban environment for the day’s activities.The season of the year is very important for the nature of the work
for a particular day.

Geographical location of an urban area determines its nature of activities.The season of the year is very vital for the nature of the work and workers.The early morning workers in most geographical areas comprise sweepers,industry workers,newspaper vendors,school van operators,,office vehicle operators,consumer goods suppliers,security

personnel,water suppliers,vegetable vendors,rickshaw pullers,waste collectors and so on.These workers may be

seen in most urban environments.The seasons of rain,snow,storm,dry spell and the like influence the nature of activities.

The first groups of workers in the urban areas are sweepers and waste collectors.Most of them start work very early in the morning.They are mostly females.They use brooms to sweep and deposit the debris beside the streets.The waste collectors come with vans and usually one or two persons make a team.They may be both male or female.There are waste collectors of municipalities and city corporations.They use special type of vehicles and the team is composed of a driver and several collectors.The beauty , cleanliness and health of the urban environment is mainly dependent upon these groups of workers.They earn their livelihood from the menial work and thus render great service to their corresponding community.

You may see streams of garments workers going to garments industries in a developing country like Bangladesh.The streams of workers  is dominated by females.This is a real blessing for the female gender.

They earn their livelihood from this garments sector.This is a great means for the empowerment of women too.

The newspaper vendors,milk and bread distributor,vegetable vendors are also very ital groups of workers who help the urban people maintain a routine life style.

The workers operating vehicles and vans are also very helpful for the children, students,teachers and officials heading towards schools,colleges,hospitals,industries and offices .The rickshaw pullers provide immense service for the short distance passengers at relatively cheap rates.

The early morning is also blessed by non-paid moms who take their kids to schools.However,there may be paid attendants too to carry the kids to and from the schools.

Different communities  may have special needs of activities and thus the types of workers may be different

for them to suit their activities.But,the early morning workers are very essential for all urban environments to start a new day.
