The Singer

The singer stopped singing at the memories of the gruesome murder of his father

The singer burst into tears
His voice choked by sad memories and fears
The audience got stunned to see this state
They knew nothing about the fact or fate

The singer sobbed and sobbed for some time
The anchor tried hard to restrain as  pantomime
He began to express the painful story at length
He looked confident and having enough  strength

He told,my heart has been filled with grief
Please listen to the event in brief
Then he told how his father was murdered in his presence
He presented a clear account in full sense


He  remembered how elegantly his father bade him to run away
To save his own life rather than to stay
He confessed that he was very selfish
He left his beloved father dying in anguish

His lament touched the hearts of all in the audience
They all stood and showed deep sense of grievance
