Some VERY ancient poetry I found. Probably from somewhere in the 1st-3rd grade range would have been when it was written.

 Soccer

My sport is soccer

I'm really good at soccer

I play it on grass

The very green green grass

THe black and white checkered ball

That goes through the grass

 

Myne

just myne

my big pool

My very own pool

myne

 

I heard a mouse squeak.

The sound stayed in my head about a week.

 

Happiness

Happiness is a friend coming over.

Happiness is a new puppy or a dog.

Happiness is winng a contest.

Happiness is getting a present for christmas.

Happiness is having a birthday party

 

Exhausted

Exhausted is a puppy after a walk.

Exhausted is a kid after a bike ride.

Exhausted is a person after a late night.

Exhausted is a puppy after a big day.

 

Colors

Red is clay,

blood, someone's,

hair, love

Green is nature,

money, a apple,

swamp, envy

Blue is the sky,

the ocean, the

heart, water

Brown is the earth

some one's hair, some

one's skin, some one's eyes

Black is the night,

some one's hair

your pupil, some

one's skin

Rainbow is the

earth, the sunset,

the sky, painting

 

Feelings

Happy is a new

video game.

Neverous is right before

a very important play.

Stuffed is after

a very big Christmas dinner.

Jealous is when

your brother gets

a new video game

and you don't.

Hurt is when

somebody punches

you.

Annoyed is when

your brother keeps

on copying you

 

My dad got a new baseball,

when I tried to catch it I took a fall

 

I always eat an oramge a day

It's good for me or so they say

 

Kitten

nice, cuddly

playing, jumping, eating

basket, mouse, jungle, squireel

roarding, killign, eating

scary, vicious

tiger

 

water

wet, cold

freezing, moving, smoothing

liquid, river, burning house, hot wood

scalding, burning, melting,

hot, red,

fire

 

Animals

Aligators have always ate ants

Bees beckons bat's beating bunny's

Cats cause comotion calling cows

 

Soccer sounds sort of silly

by silly sleeping salamanders

a foot ball fly's over the

football field

 

The red bird is red

the tress are sometimes red too

lava is red too

 

The water is blue

the U.S.A flag is blue too

the sky is blue too
