Neptune

He was like you and I but so much more.

He was Neptune.
Showered with compliments
that shine out of him
like the diamonds that
rain on Saturn.

He was Jupiter.

Powerful and strong
but always having an
unsettling mystery 

red-eyed storm.

He was Pluto.
Mostly forgotten
but remaining important

and spoken of when
seen properly for the 
first time ever.

Author's Note

I realised that I mostly always use girl pronouns when describing a person. I'm not sure why. I did it using boy pronouns and i think it fitted nicely. (I don't mind if you decide to switch it to girl pronouns or whatever.) Thank you all for the reviews! - Melody x
