Just do what you feel like. Some of my most miserable poems make me laugh. Negativity can give you a great boost sometimes. :-)

We all stumble, but those who get up and try again get there quickest. A warning to us all that stumbling doesnt mean we should give up.

There's nothing like a good tumble followed by the removal of gravel from the hands in the shower after. Use the scrubbing brush and enjoy the pain.
