A Despondent Life Elixir

..it always remains..

The pain is beautiful 
It's the only infliction that deems me alive 
A sunset is equal to un-answering darkness 
But despondency with clarity shines 

The pain is a melancholic addiction 
It's a foul passion that consumes my soul 
The sadness reminds me of living 
Even if its a message that is empty and cold
