dying insideA Poem by ZmHnumbness never settles my heart constantly pounds my soul never lifts from this stone cold ground the sunshine taunts me with its bright eyed laugh i fall to the deep waves of the green, green grass the wind whispers the sun fades again comes my dark grey days screams overcome the wind and my heart beats heavily within my head im living life but im living dead my throat grows dry my face wet ive been swept in the dew and left drowning in the ponds of my despair no sunshine warming the air clouds grow heavy i grow weak my day so dark, im so meek im living life but im living dead i watch the sun i bow my head
