Nicole Desharnais

Nicole Desharnais has represented more than 15 private equity firms in the acquisition, disposition and management of upwards of 30 portfolio companies. She was a member of the Private Equity Practice Group at Ropes & Gray LLP for ten years before moving on to Nutter McLennen & Fish LLP and then in-house as Assistant General Counsel and then General Counsel at two private equity-owned portfolio companies.
