I am a writer and I used to write since I was nineteen years old. I grew up in a house with huge library. I read some of those books to be accurate I will say very few. I saw individuals reading day and night in my house and occasionally heard yelling by others for reading all the time. I attended meetings with novelists and poets and did not understand what they were referring to as it was beyond my level of comprehension in those times . When I came to this site a lots of thought provoking done especially writing of Silverstein poet from common wealth. The wolf, Sami Khalil, professor Jacob, priest Vallaincourt who deceased, Chris etc helped me a lot to grow as a writer. I started learning multiple languages to become a writer with exposure to various cultures and believed through language it is possible. It took my time , sacrificed my health, and still prioritized becoming an authentic writer as one among many other goals. Literature gave me lots of positives and negatives in general in the journey of writing.
