I've completed writing courses at the University of Pittsburgh, Writer�s Digest Schools (novel writing), Long Ridge Writers Group (short fiction and non-fiction), and Writers Boot Camp (screenplays).

I wrote three screenplays that received positive praise from Hollywood analysts.

1) War of the Galaxies reached the quarter finals in the Writers on the Storm competition (www.writerstorm.com) .

2) In Fourth and Glory, a female athlete looks for glory on the football field, ultimately discovering that the true glory is within her family.

3) My third screenplay (no title) was about a high school kid with a mental disability who becomes the starting quarterback on a football team against the team's wishes.

I gained a great deal of experience writing screenplays, but eventually came to the realization that it�s tough to sell outside of Hollywood (and inside as well).

After a brief intermission to recharge the batteries, I've set out with renewed determination to write a new fantasy adventure novel.

So that�s where I�m at now. I�m applying my writing experiences, plus my background in project management, and will see my first novel - a fantasy adventure - all the way through. It should be a fun ride!
