Thank you sincerely for taking out the time to read my lastest post...i really appreciate your comment...i am a teacher myself...surprisingly enough...and i agree with you that there is a revolution going on in the school system...shot...im a part of that very same revolution...at least i like to think i am...but...what the poem reflect is a truth that many of our nyc students have to encounter...if you read closely...i say that "i even started to prefer college"...this poem i read at my HS graduation...and that's the way i felt about my experience there...but you're right...maybe i should write another poem about those, us, dedicated teachers who are really trying to make a difference...i guess...we can all stay tuned for that...anyway...thanks again for all the kind words and the un-bias review...it is so appreciated...much love til next time...bless...
