Full of Wonder

This is the singular poem that a friend of mine made and she told me to include it in my poetry book, so here it is.

The sky was bright

The streets filled with light

Child's eyes full of wonder

No more were raging storms or thunder

But still the child wondered

The moon so full above the dance

Child’s eyes full of wonder

Dancers looked taking a chance

But still the child wondered

Stars up high, so far from the sky

Child’s eyes full of wonder

There she stood under the light

But still the child wondered

  The sun began to rise anew

   Child’s eyes full of wonder 

Morning light with golden hue 

But still the child wondered
