This is very English, Emma. It might be your first poem, which I've busted out with a huge smile. It just struck me as a little darkly funny, ala Sam Beckett! Cheerio.

Write you and like no one else.

I don't think so. Write what you think you would like to see. Only do you, Em.
It's all about balance, I think, dear Emma. These days we are all in a rush, only God knows for what or why. We haven't time to smell the roses, enjoy a coffee with a friend! There is always something waiting for our attention and our time, but if we take things at a slightly slower pace, we can fit everything in. I love this poem because it offers wonderful advice to your reader. Both thought provoking and insightful, so much said in so few words in this eloquent play with words. Lovely work! Thank you for sharing, Emma...

Peace is an essential - when things outside selves happen, do what take on a battle zone, stand ground or run.. making a decision takes time. Am trying to work it out. Strange that you think I'm giving advice, maybe I should take more of it?! Thank you, sincerely. Sighhh
