God and me.

**Conversation With God**

God asked me,
“Have you finished your task?”

I bowed my head and said,
“No, dear God…
I have not finished it yet.
This work never ends.
It burns
like the jealousy of others.”

God whispered softly,
“It is simple, my dear.
Just focus on your life.”

“But God,” I replied,
“you know the jealousy is deep.
Some people celebrate
the thought that I may die soon.
Some are happy
that my brother’s family is safe,
and some are glad
they may never see me again
if death comes for me.”

“Dear God…
why did you give this task to me?”

And God answered,

“Because you are sincere.
You never cheat anyone.
You believe in love with me.
And I want you to love me so deeply
that even when the whole world turns evil,
your heart will remain pure.

When the world forgets kindness,
you will protect my light.
You will stand with me
when I forgive this world.”

I said,

“God… the world hurts me.
It cheats me,
it wounds my heart.
But you…
you love me so much.”

Then I whispered,

“I did not know your love
was this deep.
If you wish,
you may take my life.

I love you�"
not only because you are God,
but because you are the only one
who truly loves me
and takes care of me
when no one else remains.”

And I am not saying
that I am God.

But you are the only one
so true to your heart.

You are like me…
and to say it truly,

You are in me,
and I am in you.
