**Memoirs in Dreams**

I miss touching my in-laws’ feet,
that first day of us�"
seeking blessings,
wrapped in new beginnings.

We missed the moment
my sister-in-law would welcome us,
with an aarti plate glowing�"
circles of warmth,
circles of home.

I miss cooking
that special fish curry
for my mother-in-law,
serving love in every spice,
waiting for her smile.

I miss how my sister-in-law
would come to me,
asking softly
to have her nails polished�"
little joys,
painted in quiet laughter.

I miss the Christmas days�"
gifts exchanged,
hearts unwrapped,
love passed from hand to hand.

I miss waking him
on his birthday night,
whispering him into midnight,
just to cut the cake together�"
a moment only ours.

We missed every second�"
the laughter,
the endless fun,
his wide, beautiful smile.

Now…
all of it lives only
as memoirs in dreams�"
fragile, distant,
yet forever ours.

You should debase yourself so you realize what you already have. It's called exposure therapy or something like that.

Some people benefit from debauchery. Find a therapist who specializes in that kind of thing. Don't do drugs with random people. That's how you get herpes, among other things.
