Way out

Way out

A Poem by Linda alexander
"

Suffocated

"
Entangled in huge hard steel wires hard to breathe even
Legs arms all chained and tied to the pillars nearby
Mind is frozen hard rock unaware of any emotions
Heart is beating incessant for not even sure why

Some one move me towards sunlight for some warmth
Can also place a dream before my eyes to see for a change
Do not mind unlocking these chains and see mobility lost
Untangle  me if you kind enough let me see I can breathe

You are so right. Helplessness can be caused from within or without. We have to be aware of those emotions and the differences between them...Excellent...:).....................

You are welcome...Any time...:).......................
This reads like a totally helpless feeling... You even need some else to move you toward the light...
You convey a deep sense of being captured in a negative experience.
