Motherhood

This poem is dedicated to all women who are proud to be a mother irrespective of hurdles they go through

May be I can not be in your shoes

Look I am wearing similar shoes

The time and season might have changed

I believe we have the same dreams and sighs

It seemed an impossible mission at times

Sometimes enjoying little monkeys we raised

Yes they can make you crazy and real crazy

Still we carry the invisible mark as motherhood

Thank you so much for the review and also for agreeing with the writing, can not replace both parents, as I am mother of a nineteen year old and eighteen year old simply wrote on one one parent, but believe both parents go through the mission may be impact can vary.
