Simply took a nap

I simply took a nap as all things are overwhelming to my poor soul

I simply shut my eyes to those counting on me to save serenity

I slept to wake up with functioning brain and supple heart

Yes I am proud to say no to some as I said yes to plenty

If you think of me as selfish be my guest please

If you think of me as ignorant you are most welcome

I love you  at times more than myself which I am terrified

I hope this nap may bring most practical answers to some questions

sometimes we surely do need that nap...a break...i find that happens...i try to be there emotionally for many friends, and sometimes it gets overwhelming and we just have to say no...and take care of us...yes, we do.
