Simply because

Simply because

A Poem by Linda alexander

She was a simple hearted
Might have withered if I left
She was fragile and sensitive
She was good at heart

The turbulent water was scary
Hardships had no measures
Never believed all will survive
It was a hard journey for sure

Choices called incessantly
Rainbows shined and called for a ride
The mighty oak simply kept silent
I did not leave her as she was like an infant

I stayed with her simply because of what
We lived together simply because of what
We made trajectories simply because of what
It all happened simply because of love
