Self care in the midst of all chaos

My shadow was there when sun light still bathing the hills

Friends colored my days  with more t colors than  in VIBGYOR

Family stayed with me almost every up and downs of my life

I was alone at the end of the day so I made myself as my best friend

My friends have always been there for me. My folks were when they were alive, but now the rest of my family is almost a figment of my imagination.

Just imagine you had lot in your plate way more than you could chew. You were trying so hard to balance everything and make things appealing to others. One day you struck with a morbidity created by all these stressors. One person will not leave you that time that will be yourself and may be your shadow too. Take care yourself even if life is stretching you thinner and thinner this way rubber band bond be broken. Good luck with this idea. Easier said than done.
