It is what it is

It is what it is

A Poem by Linda alexander

I did not fold my laundry
The piles of papers still needed sorting out
I cleaned kitchen dining room and living room
My room still messy same with basement floor too

I worked full time and paid my bills
I cooked did grocery shopping
I did household laundry
Ecclesiasticus chapter twenty six still haunting

I can't turn to butterfly soon
I have to be a cocoon for some more time
It is what it is that is the naked truth
Honesty some times makes you a free soul
