Is soul of love is like masked appendicitis

There is no positive psoas sign or obturator
There was little bit indigetion I thought
I truly missed my appencitis symptoms
Wow! now it became rupruted appendicitis

Cat scan with contrast showed it clearly
My signs and symptoms were too vague
It was never like they described in medical books
I wish there is a SCAN to lead to soul of the LOVE
